The JAGUARS, city champions in boy’s midget basketball.
The 2005-2006 basketball season was an excellent one for the jags program. In addition to participating in the elimination round of the HWCAA league in senior basketball, our school was able to bring back the city championship in the midget boys category.
For having finished first in the regular season, the finals were played at ACMT. During the final game, the little jags beat out St-Thomas Moore to bring back the grand honour. The thing that made it even more spectacular was the fact that STM counts over 550 students in grade 9 alone. That’s twice as many as ACMT’s total student population!!! Congratulations guys.
Many of these students have a bright future ahead of them in the program!
